Reading for wellbeing

Reading can be relaxing and can provide a range of information and practical support strategies to help improve your wellbeing. Reading about someone else’s experiences can be affirming and supportive. Read for wellbeing | Sheffield Hallam University (shu.ac.uk)
We have a student wellbeing online reading list. This has helpful books on a range of wellbeing issues and situations.
