There are a whole range of self-help resources out there and it can take some time to work out which ones feel right for you; there's no right or wrong – everyone is different. 
 
This resource has been designed to help you explore a range of self-help material that is available. Some of it is specific to sexual violence and others include some material which has been shown to be useful in terms of recovery and promoting wellbeing.
 
 It is worth noting that as with any self-help it can trigger thoughts and feelings; be kind to yourself, take your time, take breaks and speak to someone either friend, family or specialist service if you need more support
